It has a new model hammer, safety bar and base pin and has only two clicks. It will function with the loading notch but not just the loading gate. I would guess it was converted and then one or more new parts altered or removed to "restore" it. I have not taken it apart.

The confusion was all on my part. I made an assumption it was unconverted due to the 2 "clicks". I did not inspect it anymore than that. Problem is being fixed.
