I am able to slightly feel the gun wiggle back and forth when I take it by the barrel and by the grip. Should that be? I can feel it more than I can see it, but it shouldn't do that.

I have a small glasses screwdriver with me and noticed the screw is slightly loose, I tightened it as much as I could (but couldn't get a very good grip on the thin mini screwdriver). But once it stops screwing, no matter how tight, there shouldn't be ANY movement at all should there? :?:

One little item of maintenance that many folks never think of until something stops working is regular checking of screw tightness. While one screw may stay tight forever, the one next to it may vibrate loose over time. It is the nature of machines and screws. A worthwhile thing for any gunowner to have is a set of gunsmith's screwdrivers, or at least a couple of screwdrivers of the right sizes to fit the screws of the gun you own.

I actually have two red cases of gun screwdriver heads....I just don't know what happened to them since my gun stuff, office and bedroom were rearranged while I was out of town. LOL!!!

Look in the sewing room and where her craft supplies are. There once was a pretty lady who was very handy with tools and kept her own kit. Some of the garage tools had to be replaced because they had migrated to the sewing and craft tool kit. ;)

Yes, especially those really nice Snap-On needle-nose pliers which can just about pick up a single human hair from the garage floor.

I think it was the red handles which attracted her...

well, I just stopped by walmart and got a new gun screwdriver head kit. Tightened everything up and it's rock solid now :) I guess it was that few dozen unique reloads I put through it. Had quite a jump in my hand. (Nothing high pressure, lower end reload manuel loading with a pretty sharp recoil)

I have my Brownells Magna-tip screwdriver set setting on the bench at all times.
Every time I clean a revolver, the screws get checked. It only takes a few seconds .
