I have one… unless I misunderstand you.
MK IV upper: blued, 5.5" barrel, w/factory sights. (Includes serialized portion. Many refer this to as a "serialized receiver.")
It was a "take off" from a custom shop, sold as "unfired." (Since leaving Ruger.)
Since it's a serialized “firearm,” it needs to ship from (and to) an FFL.
How about $40 + shipping/transfer? My FFL normally gets $20 for a transfer (logging in/out) on my end.
Not sure on shipping cost… but he has always treated me fairly- no gouging…
