Ruger MK IV Recall

I was just notified by email that Ruger is recalling certain models of their MK IV and 22/45 Models. I went to their website and confirmed by entering my serial number that my gun was part of the recall. I followed the instructions and began the process to have the frame returned to Ruger and the issue fixed. Please check out your serial number to see if your gun is part of the recall. Repair will be done at no cost to the customer and shipping postage will be covered as well. Contact Ruger and get the ball rolling. Do not use your firearm until you determine that your gun is part of the recall. Hats off to Ruger for taking care of this issue.
