Ruger Letter

I am sure this question has been asked. But how do you go about getting letter from Ruger on the history of a firearm?

Call the Ruger records department with the serial number and model, and they will give you the ship date and "shipped configuration" model number.

If you ask for it, they will send you a confirming letter . . . free of charge.
