I got mine last December it had not been through recall, so I knew it was going to back to the factory one way or another. I made sure that I had 300+ through it before it was scheduled to go.
As I recall, I also had 1 FTFE (fully eject) in maybe the first 20 or so rounds. After firing the box off I sat there and racked the slide most of the evening. After that I got some snap caps and racked the slide and pulled the trigger (to get used to the Looooong HARD pull). Probably had 500 rack & dry fires & 300 rounds down range before she left.
Since that one FTFE, I have had ZERO malfunctions. So like GH said put some more rounds downrange, and if you continue to have malfunctions contact Ruger and see if they can make it right.
