I have some of those (standard press) in my S&W 625, the Auto Rim load. Very impressive.

I've seen this👍
My main use for this carbine is as a truck gun on my property. Loads of feral hogs to sort out, I figure a good +P 230gr load should be pretty effective up to 50yds or so.
I finally found a decent compensator/brake made specifically for the LC45 that you might be interested in. Ordered one today, after talking with the maker. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. He said it will keep the muzzle flat and drastically reduce recoil ( which is pretty stout with +P ammo), and that supports what I've seen about their products on Youtube.

Y'know, I don't see a light on there. Darn, you almost made it, too... Gotta be quicker! Seriously, that LC (name inference fooled me too, by the way!
) could use a light for medium distance. Anyhow, I have others, but these are simple and compact. InForce WML

I have thought about a small light and may get one eventually. Thanks for ref. to InForce.

Optics... Optics are the worst of the worst of the "accessories". "Oh, you spent $1k on a long-range rifle? You need to spend $3k for glass if you want to use it." "Oh, that is a nice AR... too bad you need thermals, that will be $3k, thank you."

On the guns that I use regular like I have spent more on optics than I have the gun....

I actually just installed a KAK M4 style flash hider. I couldn't stand just leaving the cap on it.
I will pass your info on to my son though, Santa always needs something to put in my stocking.
I found a very lightly used set of Warne extra high QD scope rings. I have had a new Leupold 1.5-4 x scope with the Hog Plex in need of a worthy gun. I left the factory flip sights in place. I'll post a picture tomorrow (if I'm smart enough) of it. I also picked up 3 boxes of 50 count Fed 230+P HST ammo for $29.00 a box in San Antonio. Your right about all those m-loc slots. I would like to add a nice light, for hogs😉
