green dots on it. It weighs 1.5 ounces. I have never had one with green dots and it makes a big difference for me. I was very impressed with this sight.

Scope adds weight but balance is good and I see where shots hit paper or steel at 50 and 100 yds. With plastic stock and carbon fiber barrel to start with adding a light weight scope it's still a light weight. No need for a spotting scope.
Rifle: Bargara with a 16" CF barrel mostly using a suppressor.
Scope: Vortex crossfire 6-24 with parallax adjustment starting at 25 yds. Sun shade is kept on it since used in bright desert sun. The scope is lower end and being honest, best image is seen by not going above 18x. Standing position, I use 10-12x.
No mention what distance you are going to use the 2 min dot at but I have found beyond 50 yd a spotting scope or binoculars are needed to see shots unless you walk to target.

I used to think my Remington Nylon 77 was light until I got the Ruger. With an empty 10 round magazine and a Holosun 507c it comes in at 4#2.9 oz. Set up the same way the Ruger tips the scales ay 3#11oz.
