I am assuming that most everyone saw the add today for Ruger's new Ruger ARX Ammunition. Very "light weight" stuff. Only the 9MM is +P... though it looks like +P is the only option coming out in 9mm, and the 40SW has a flat head to it. Anyway, if you haven't seen it:

It appears that instead of fragmenting or increasing diameter on impact, it spins with cut grooves like one of those chariot wheels from the old Bible movies. Is the idea that now this round will not only penetrate into/through a target, but that this round will utilize the spinning motion to inflict more cutting damage or something like that?
Also, I was surprised to see Ruger putting their name on a round. thoughts on that? I really am interested in this but need some more feedback.
