Ruger and caliber questions

I'm asking this/these questions Ruger specific - because Ruger SA's are all that I own (and enjoy) shooting and hunting with, but they are also concerning caliber.
Starting with the cartridge case and the projectile, and the cylinder chamber (and throat), to the barrel (lands and groves) to the muzzle - what are the industries specific/nominal diameters of all of these SUPPOSED TO BE, for .357 caliber? for 44 mag? for 45 Colt?
