Ruger 77 stainless/walnut

I have seen a number of Lipsey's stainless/walnut Internationals for sale, but now I am also seeing a few NIB Hawkeye 77s stainless/walnut showing up on the auctions sites. They are not identified as special runs or distributor rifles, so I have become curious as to the source of these non cataloged 77s. Does anybody know? CP.

Nice. I haven't seen this configuration either. I have seen the Internationals but not this. I wonder what other calibers they were offered in?

I know the description says brushed stainless, but in the pic it looks like the target grey finish.

Awesome! I have been looking for this exact configuration for awhile now, except in .223. I was even considering buying one with the black synthetic stock and then buying a walnut stock for it. The brown laminate stocks are ok, but a traditional walnut stock would be just perfect! I wonder if Williams could somehow order one/make one up for me in .223.
