Ruger 77 flat bolt in 284: need help

Everyone, I am looking at a Ruger 77 flat bolt in 284. The gun is in good shape, but the barrel is only 20.5" or 20" (no sights)according to the seller. He says the crown looks factory but he's not sure. Can anyone help with this or could ruger tell me how it left the factory.

It should be 22"; measure from the bolt face, not the edge of the receiver.
