Ruger 77-22 value??

I have a very good cond Ruger 77-22 with the Zytel skeleton stock w/ green inserts that needs to leave my gunsafe due to unuse.
Looking around for what this might be selling for, I found only one on Gunbrokeme, and the starting price was 650.00, but no bidders. That tells me it is priced too high.
I want to post mine, but want to be realistic on the price so it can go to a new home and I won't take a bath in the process.
Any realistic help will be appreciated.

I handled a really clean wood stocked one at Cabela's this past week. It was out in the used rack where most of them are beat up from guys letting their kids play with them. This one was spotless, in fact cleaner than both of mine. I was really surprised to see it priced at $399. The rings were not on it so I assume they are not included, but I still though this was a super deal.
