I have a 3 screw Ruger Single Six .22 caliber with a .22 magnum conversion cylinder. The serial number is 20-11665. I cannot find anything about this pistol on Rugers site regarding model number and year produced. I would greatly appreciate any help regarding value and information related to this gun. Gun was left to me by my father, would just like some more information.

On Ruger's webpage for the dates of manufacture of this gun, you go to "Customer Service", then "Instruction Manuals and Product History", click the revolver section then scroll down to Old Model Single-Six Standard Model.

Here's the link...

Pricing depends on barrel length, condition and whether you still have the box and papers, or even outer brown cardboard shipping sleeve.
The 4-5/8" and 9-1/2" are most sought after.
