Ruger #1 in 500 S&W?

This there any word as to whether Ruger will chamber the #1 in 500 Smith and Wesson? If not, this this more of a technical decision or one related to marketing considerations?

I see such a chambering in that being more of a distributor run than a cataloged one. In a #1, I just don't see the allure of short cartridges. Take a long action or magnum action length cartridge and yes, it makes sense to me much more.
If it's simply to have a .50 cal...:roll: I guess if it's that important, buy a host and rebarrel it.
