RSS5 date of Manufacture?

I have an RSS5 in the box ( not mint by any means), Gun is 90+% with 22 Mag cylinder in with red felt bag and in Box. Serial Number 448073. Any idea of DOM and a ballpark est. of value? Also have a Ruger Semi auto 22 Serial # 443082. 90+% What year was it manuf. No box but have 2 magazines and approx Value. Thanks. Will try to get some photos
