Replacement rear sight blade for the MKIII?

I am not a fan of the width of the rear sight blade on the MKIII. The notch is too wide giving the front sight a lot of play from left to right. I have looked all over the internet for a replacement, but all I can manage to find are the Volquartsen rear assembly ($$$$) and the Ruger V-notch replacement. Any suggestions?

I bought a rear sight blade for a Blackhawk (I think). It fitted my MkIII Hunter perfectly. You can buy them from Brownells. There are good instructions on the internet for replacing the sight blade. All you need is a screwdriver and a punch. I find that I can aim much better with the square rear notch.

Ruger's 10-1/2" barreled Super Blackhawk has the narrowest rear sight blade they make. It'll fit your Auto.

You will be in for a BIG surprise when you change it....do not toss out the old blade.

What do you mean by that Terry? You think it is is too small? Flatgate, are all sight blades interchangeable between models?
