Ruger New Model Single Six Magnum, .32 H&R Magnum, 5 1/2" barrel, in excellent condition. It's a first year production gun from 1984, serial number 650-00308, and has the "SSM" stamp on the frame.

The loading gate and ejector rod housing are starting to turn a nice plum color. Other than a few small handling marks, the only flaw is a loss of bluing on the recoil shield. This is an excellent shooter. No box.

Asking $575 $550. Buyer pays actual shipping costs. Additional pictures available, if interested.

Nice buy!

I inherited a 5.5" non-SSM marked one from my dad and after learning about the early SSM marked guns, I started seeking them out to collect. It took me about 10 years to find my 5.5" SSM marked gun.

The other .32 H&R Ruger my dad owned was a 6.5" gun. When he passed, all I could find of that gun was the empty box. But I remembered him telling me once that his brother really liked it so he loaned it to my uncle, in Texas. Problem was that my uncle died before my dad and by the time I got down there to ask his son, my cousin, if his dad had a Ruger .32, all I got was a gruff "no". My cousin was known for being randomly unemployed and famous for pawning things to make ends meet.
