I bought a set when Ruger was clearing them out @ $10 a set.
The plainest wood I ever saw. Almost as if they were particle board. No grain, plus the medallions were crooked.
I sold them.
My blued Sec Six has factory Pachs, my stainless Six is exactly like the OP's.
I also have a stainless 4" low back that had grips that were beat to hell but the metal was in excellent shape.
One day I was waiting in the drive through and came across a guy selling 6 sets of Sec Six grips, one of which were for a low back. Take your pick, $20, shipped IIRC.
I was in such a hurry trying to type I'll take them, I kept messing up. Erase, re-type, erase etc.
Finally got it through.
The grips were immaculate other than needing some work on the pin hole.
