RDA White Box Variation?

Gentlemen,
Has anyone seen or do you own A RDA white Box with the insert shown in the pictures below? If so would you please comment or contact me via PM.

Weaselmeatgravy posed a question in a prior post of mine concerning the box. http://www.rugerforum.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=81281

I have compared the box in question with a 3 digit 1st year guns box to help out. I bought the box off of Hawkeye 28 for my RDA-86 because someone (factory?) had changed the end from 34 to 86 in red pencil.
As you can see by the pictures it appears that the box originaly had a
RDA-34 in it by the front sight punch out. The insert appears to be Factory
to me. ????

Terry, as noted earlier, I know zip about the history on that box, other than I understood topically that it was from the estate of a west coast(Californian) collector and it was with a large number of boxes I bought at auction. Mike
