I had loaded 75 rounds of 300 WSM with a new set of RCBS dies this weekend when the case mouth expansion die stripped out and was left in a piece of brass. Never had that happen before but I called RCBS this morning and told them and they dropped one back in the mail to me.

Pretty good service with no questions asked.

Yep, everything on my bench is RCBS because of their service. I called a few months ago to see if they had a seating plug for a spire point in 45/70 so I can load the new Hornady leverevolution bullets. The nice lady told me to just take a dremel to the one I had and if I ruined it they would send me out another. Not too many companies will replace their products free of charge when you destroy it on purpose.

I agree with you guys. RCBS customer service is second to none. Businesses today wanting to succeed should take a lesson from them on how to deal with their loyal customer base.

Everything on my bench is green except an old Bonanza Bullseye measure.

Hi,

If they still have the same "nice lady" answering the phones, I learned one thing: don't argue w/ her, you're not gonna win!

I called one time to get some replacement parts for a couple of "swap meet treasures" that were missing some bits.

She would NOT let me pay for them. "But, Ma'am, they were removed and lost by previous owners. That's not your fault!"

I still think I owe 'em some money... :)

I also have all RCBS equipment, and I've used their warranty a few times. The only Lee item I've ever bought broke and gouged a nice chunk out of my hand, never again. The only other items I have are a couple of MEC shotshell presses, they don't have the warranty that RCBS does but they are a heck of a product and RCBS doesn't build what I want in a shotshell press (I even have a Mini Grand).

+1 to the satisfied RCBS customers here. I once bought a set of .30-06 dies at a gun show and late found out that the expander plug was missing. I called, and they sent me a new stem assembly, no charge. How odten can one do something stupd, and someone else makes it good for you?

+1 here too. Bought some used dies, lock screw's looked about to strip, called, got an envelope with a couple of the large die nuts with locking screws, and a few extra screws dropped in too. Fast.
