Up until today, I haven't seen such a model. In fact, didn't think they existed. At a local shop, I found a 5.5", 45 Colt, Blackhawk Bisley, with a fluted cylinder. RB-455 ? :?

Anyone with info or opinions on this?? :?:

As easy as it is to reconfigure Ruger SA's, Unless there's a factory stikcer on the factory case, I'm calling it a built-up variation.

Be sure to let us know what you find out. Stranger things have happened from the factory (i.e. 6-1/2" O.M. Super Blackhwk).
But I think its probably been made up also...that gun should have a rollmarked cylinder. If you have a chance, check the box label. If a factory job, the label should say RB-455 and the model number should be something different than 0465 (the model number for Ruger's BN-455 with XR3-RED grip frame).
