Was there ever a factory 77/22 with the full length Mannlicher stock? I have never seen one, but a co-worker asked me, thinking that there had been.

You Ruger collectors will know......

thanks

Nothing from the factory or even special runs for a distributor that I have ever heard of or seen. I would like to see one made and I'm sure I would own one if they did.

There are several stockmakers tooled up to inlet for 77/22. I'm sure you could get a 77/22 Mannlicher inletted, semi- or full-finished stock made up for a reasonable price. Post pics if you do, I'd love to see one!

That would be a great product development gun for Ruger!
There would be some extra cost with the stock, but hey...Ruger still makes the 77 in a manlicher (in the Hawkeye). I would think the percentages on sales would roughly be equal.
Ruger...are you listening???
