Nope. Those work with the Ruger locking type mount. 10/22's use either "tip-off" 22 rings or Weaver style rings.

hey folks i finally found the rings that match the new matted stainless steel ruger 10 22 from acusport, the last place i looked waz basspro , so if u buy 1 of them in the SS i would look there 1st
