Prayers for a Forum member & his family

We have a Forum member,, who only occasionally posts. But he's a close friend of mine. Some of y'all have met him at my Gathering.

His oldest son was diagnosed a few years back with cancer. Cliff was a veteran, an all around great guy, a pilot, Eagle Scout, & in general,, the kind of gentleman we all like to know.
This morning,, Sam texted me that Cliff was in Hospice,, and had been given about 5 days. Sam allowed that the family were prepared & at peace with things. He shared that Cliff was sedated but still fighting. (Just like Cliff to not give up.)

Yet,, this afternoon, Cliff went home to the Lord.

Please keep Sam, his wife Paula, Freda (Cliff's wife,) and all of their family in your prayers.

Sorry to hear this.
This morning my best friend lost his older brother to ALS. He was one of those people who always did right by everyone (they both are). He was just diagnosed in May. He will be missed but he is in a better place than we are.
