I just finished my prayer for the child and the family. I too have been there with a newborn in dire shape at birth. Six months in the hospital, half in intensive care, most of the rest in step down units. You can get closer to God and your loved ones, or you can get angry and push away. I strongly recommend the first way. God will be there if you let Him.
