So several years ago I bought a Kershaw Link knife. I have carried it & used it daily. A few years ago I bent the pocket clip. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to grip it & gave it just a little bit of a twist to tighten it up. That worked for a while but of course eventually it loosened up again. So about a week ago I did a little digging, went on their website & filled out a form requesting replacement parts. They did not ask for any money. Not even to cover shipping costs. I did spend a little this evening to get a "precision screwdriver set". I didn't have a Torx driver small enough for the tiny screws. So now my knife has a brand new belt clip. I know this is a relatively small thing but I also believe good customer service should be recognized.
