FS: A Smith & Wesson Model 36-6 (no lock) Target J-Frame. Nearly mint collector, as I understand Smith only made 615 of these revolvers. Condition is about as nice as it gets, dark blued matte finish with no visible wear, adjustable white-line rear target sight, 3” full lug barrel and factory rubber Hogue grips. No box or docs. Sweet shooter, collector carry revolver. $800 shipped from me to your FFL. Please PM any contacts. First “I’ll take it” gets it.

$800 shipped.

Thanks for looking,
Fred

Hello…Looks to be an interesting gun. Do you have more photos available? Also…is that front sight pinned in place, thus, replaceable? I think I’ve done business with you before…right?

I’ve added a couple more pics. Anything specific you need, just let me know. Yes, the front sight is pinned.

I have the SS version of this, the model 60-4. They are about perfection when it comes to a woods-walking gun. They shoot like a much bigger gun in terms of practical accuracy.
Also, Fred is a great guy to deal with! Someone needs this little jewel. I think there were a lot fewer blued ones made than stainless.
