Displayed 256 WN Hawkeyes at the Minnesota Weapons Collectors' Trophy Show this past weekend. First prize award in modern handgun category............$300 and a ribboned medal . SN 28 ,85 & 86 and "S" 1839...........educated many, had lots of shared tales of yore, and not much serious competition. Many simply had never heard or seen a Hawkeye..................Third year for being recognized with award! 8)

Excellent!

Just a side note. In 1980,,, not long after I left the Army,,, at local gun shows,,, a guy had NIB Hawkeye #84. He wanted $1000 for it back then. I was a young, broke, newlywed & could only dream. He carried that gun to shows around here for almost 2 years before he sold it.
