Photo display.............

When my photos are set to "background" or "lock screen" they fill the screen of my laptop edge to edge. Is there any way I can view my photos in the same style? "My Pictures" enclosed my photo within a border.

P.S. "View Actual Size" doesn't get it, its distorted.
