Had cycling issues stove pipe and action locked up at the range using Remington/UMC 180gr JHP. Determined possible issue is Brass Case rounds. After thoroughly cleaning I tried manually cycling Remington the train rounds and the action was sticky. The action is smooth when manually cycling Remington Golden Saber and Spear Gold Dot steel case rounds. Hope issue is resolved.

That would be news to me(and thousands of others BTW). I may be wrong, but I've not seen or even heard of either Remington or SPEER using steel cases except maybe in price point FMJ 'burner' ammo.
If you're referring to the NICKEL PLATED BRASS cases then , yes nickel plated cases are intended to produce slicker feeding, easier extraction, and enhanced functioning versus non-plated brass.
