P345 with +P Ammo

Would it be safe to use Magtech First Defense Ammunition 45 ACP +P 165 in the Ruger P345? I don't normally use any +P, but accidently purchased a box without looking.

It will be ok. I wouldn't recommend shooting thousands of rounds of +P, but one box won't hurt it.

Ruger states that the gun can handle it. I shoot +p in mine frequently. It hasn't shown any undue wear.
