Playing with the camera. I went to the range today for a little fun time with some of my toys. Took a few pics before putting them away.
I think the Blackhawk is the best revolver Ruger has ever made. And the .45 is the best cartridge for the Blackhawk.

Do you guys really own such beautifull guns, or do you just recycle flatgates photos  . I NEVER see guns like this at our local gun shows.

GORGEOUS, I'm jealous.

Hey, Sam has some INCREDIBLE stuff. No way he'd stoop to using the junque I toss out here! :D

I have some fun shooter .45's, too! One's an OM and one's a "Liberty" marked NM....

Jeff, you have to get away from those dern yankee areas where handguns aren't allowed!!!! :D Then you'll find all kinds of goodies hiding in many places!

contender, you're right, my home state is so anti-gun, you need a CCWP, to carry anything bigger than a pea shooter, in my area. :D .

OK, one more "teaser"..... a pair of "fluffed up" shooters....

Hey Sam Thanks,
Now for the rest of the story. When I bought it neither the seller or I knew it lettered. I bought it just for the brass frame. About a month or so later I called Ruger about it. BIR SURPRISE.
Except for the slight cyl. line it is perfect.

But the stag grips are the same in both pics? Still very nice :D

I just found this 3-screw from 1966 sitting in one of my local gun shops. It is unmodified and the innerds look like new.
