OM BH 30 Carbine with Ghost Rings

A question for someone more knowledgeable than me. I have an Old Model Blackhawk 30 with Ghost Rings. Out of curiosity I tried to do a little research on the ghost ring setup. I could not find any evidence that Ruger offered such an option. I am assuming these are after market, is there any way to tell the manufacturer? They look similar to the ones from "oneraggedhole" but these have elevation lines. Just curious if any one would have any info on this.

Well, I dunno but your assumption that the sights are NOT FACTORY is correct.

Nope,, not a Ruger option. I have seen them offered for Rugers,, but didn't pay much attention as I wasn't interested.
