I have one very similar to that one. I have shot it a good bit (most in competition and preparing for competition) with black powder as well as smokeless. Mine is a REALLY good piece.

Hope yours does as well.

Thx :) This is the 3rd in my collection. I had a 357 but didnt like it so I sold it. I now have a 44 SBH, .45c Vaq, and a 5.5ss OA. 8)

Pretty pistol there.

Ive got one like that in a 5.5" 45Colt Bisley Vaquero. Got teh Ruger Faux Ivory grips on it too. Pretty as all get out adn a real shooter. Wish I had another to go with. Can never have too many I figure. :D

That's true. There is something beautiful about something that you know will last a lifetime.

BTW, I loved that "heated blue" look TE. Very memorizing in its character, like looking at fire coals, you expect them to change after a while.
