You know every now and then we have to get off of this great firearms Forum and actually shoot some of those fine Rugers.

Just became the owner of a Bisley Blackhawk 45 convertible and have a small handful of 45 Colt cartridges to at least try a few shots with it. Have more 45 ACP, so convertible option is nice if I choose to take advantage of that.
Also bringing along the P-345 so it doesn't get lonely.

Trying a new range today...not familiar with it...it boarders one of the South Carolina State parks. It's not really a managed range, so was told not to expect much. Don't know how crowded it may be...or the "yahoo" potential...so I may, or may not, shoot on it.

But will be an outing nonetheless.

Good luck at the new range. Bought a Black Hawk .45 convertible last year. Was amazed how well it shot with the ACP, then was surprised how well the .45 Colts shoot's as well.
