I've only seen pictures of those in books. Interesting pistol. Weren't they used on some of the old naval ships to repel boarders?

Unless I'm mistaken, that thing will touch off all 3 barrels at once. Does that make it a 1.08 cal?

It's called a duck's foot and all barrels fired at once. I've seen originals with as many as eight barrels. It was indead a naval weapon and was used for boarding other vessals. It's was also used as defence from mutiniers.

I just watched the R Lee Ermy show "Lock and Load"... the Pistol episode...pretty good show; he shot one of these... strange to see one twice in 2 days!

I used to see those in a local shop. I always thought they were kinda neat. I even made a reference to them in my last NRA WOT clinic.
