I've only seen pictures of those in books. Interesting pistol. Weren't they used on some of the old naval ships to repel boarders? :)

It's called a duck's foot and all barrels fired at once. I've seen originals with as many as eight barrels. It was indead a naval weapon and was used for boarding other vessals. It's was also used as defence from mutiniers.

I used to see those in a local shop. I always thought they were kinda neat. I even made a reference to them in my last NRA WOT clinic.
