Ever since I saw 2 dogs picture of a sizzlin' steak cooking with all the trimmings in a cast iron skillet, on the grill, I just had to try to duplicate his masterpiece ! Tonights creation was some NY strips and boneless chicken breast browned in butter and oil, heavily seasoned with garlic powder, seasonall, vidalia onion, and red pepper. After browning, the meat was cut into strips, a little water was added, and the whole contents allowed to simmer until all was tender. Mamma was happy

This was followed with a large glass of green water !!
