There's a local auction coming up soon near me that has the following in the catalog:

NM Blackhawk .44 MAG/.44-40 convertible 7 1/2" barrel, w/boxes RARE
NM Blackhawk .38-40 WIN/10 MM convertible 6 1/2" barrel, w/boxes RARE
NM Blackhawk .32-20 WIN/.32 H&R MAG convertible 6 1/2" barrel, w/boxes

Question: Will I have to take out a second mortgage to have a chance at taking all 3 home?

Those sound an awful lot like Buckeye Sports specials. Good guns to get,, but depending upon condition, completeness etc,,, I'd say around the $600 to $650 mark if LNIB each.

And chaces are, the .32-20 Convertible and .38-40 convertible have matching serial numbers. If you are lucky, the .44-40 will also have a matching number, but this would be unusual since the .44-40 was offered by a different Ruger distributor.
There are some interesting box variations on the early .32-20's also. The first guns were labeled as a Single-Six, mosel SSM6X. This was very quickly changed to Blackhawk "S32X" on the rest of production.
