Isn't that an armourer's tool for the AR14?

Years ago i saw one of the tw(o)enders, chinese, dad called it a twinder, said the small end is to fit in tighter spaces. With that big handle in the way? This 5yro asked. Dad often laughed a lot at my questions...
Incidentally, i did once have a lefthand cursing...er...crescent..wrench. the thread went the other way, just like you see on the original from 1895 or so.

Wow, I had to look that up to see if it was a real thing or not. IT IS ❗

Seems like a lot of pressure can be put on that hinge. It doesn't sound like a very useful strong tool. I wonder how long that thing has been around? Obviously, I've never seen one.

Me either. I had to do a search. Heavy duty, no. Medium duty, maybe.

I have one of those adjustable prybars that I use for lining up blowers and pumps and also separating pipe flanges. It's handy because of the range of travel. I wouldn't put a cheater pipe on it but you can get it in places where a fixed angle prybar won't work.

When I was aboard the USS Bryce Canyon, we used to send the newbies over to the boiler room to get a bucket of steam or a bucket of bitter ends.

I've got a hammer that can drive nails, and by turning it around, pull nails. Handy device.

Y'all do remember claw hammers? Got their name frm split tailed coats men used to wear.
