I guess they still have respect with some people, but not with me. I've bought guns form them in the past. Lately, I've seen a lot of things to convince me they have no business being in the gun business.

Douglas, you certainly did the correct thing sending it back. I am glad to hear of Ruger's great service. I have had to send other guns to Ruger and always experienced great service. I do question if they have quality control problems, which will eat up their profits with rework and recall problems. Ruger is a publicly traded company.
