About 4 years ago I had to use Rugers customer service with a new gun. Very smooth from the call until it was at my door. Fast turn around and they paid for the ride both ways. Good experience.
I still have not had time to shoot it since it got back. Yesterday I was looking on my desk and found a set of Redhawk grips. I could not figure where they came from. Then it hit me, I took the grips off the Redhawk when I sent it back. It came back with a new set installed. Thanks Ruger. Barry
