new model single six price check

I was at the local gun shop today and they had two new mod single sixes one was a 5 1/2 " convertable and adjustable sights. Asking price $350.
The other was the same ecept 9" or 9 1/2" that they were asking $400.
Both were in very good shape with just a couple of small nicks on the grip frames.
What would br fair prices for them?
The 5 1/2" was supposedly made around 1990.

Here in MD that is a good price for either.

Same here in Dallas. Both prices are fair. Especially for the 9 1/2 inch model, those seem to be fairly rare...around here at least.
