Need advice on 185-series Mini 14

Good morning, all.

I am the winning bidder of a 185-series Mini 14. The rear aperture sight has broken off.

Actually, it's still there, but this is what it looks like:

Any suggestions on what I need to purchase to fix this myself? I'm not a gunsmith and have no smithing tools.

What you're seeing is the receiver ears. All of the sight parts are missing....probably due to being removed while installing a scope mount and later lost.
You can download the manual/parts diagram from the Ruger site in order to determine all of the parts you'll need. If Ruger doesn't have them, you can try GunParts Corp or ebay.
