Need a little help

? Is what should I use for a scope on a single six hunter revolver in a 22lr & 22 mag.A fix in what power , A red dot, or a variable power. will be plinking and hunting mostly. thank for your time.

I put a Leupold 2X on mine. It could be a bit of overkill for a .22, but I like the combination. I've become frustrated with higher power handgun scopes. They become too slow to settle down for the shot to be any good for hunting.

For plinking, nothing beats a red dot. I tried a couple, but none fit in the limited space between the rings.

I'd take a look at the 2x Swift. Good clarity just the right eye relief for me, not sure how you hold yours, and it's only about 100.00!!
