:D Thanks guys,
The .30 carbine seems to be the most overlooked of the Blackhawk chamberings. We see a lot of posts about the new .327 mag but it is in the same class as the .30 carbine, and .30 carbine ammo is still easy to find. I bought mine on consignment from an estate at a local gunshop. The gunshop guy told me the .30's were hard to sell. Ok by me I got a great price on a great gun. $250 , wish I new where the grips came from.

:D I bought that .30 carbine NMBH with the stag grips at a gun shop here on Cape Cod. It was on consignment from an estate and the gunshop guy didn't really have any history on it. I have removed the grips and they don't seem to have any markings to indicate who made them. Wish that gun could talk. One of my favorite shooters.

:D Thanks for the info Lone Wolf., I haven't been up there in a while, they don't carry ammo like they did when they sold guns. Sometimes you can hit it right and they have what you need. Powderhorn in Hyannis is pretty high on everything. I like to go to Goose Hummock in Orleans, but their Gun Room is closed on Sunday's and I will be working Saturdays for the next month. Planning a trip to Bass Pro soon.
