Jeepnik, when you order your Randall knife you can order your sheath without the sharpening stone pouch. They are semi-custom knives that have ordering options for each style of knife that Randall makes.
YMMV,

I’m aware of the pouch option. But it doesn’t help the flop.
I’m looking for someone to make a “scout” style sheath for my Copper Mini. If anyone has a good sheath maker let me know.

Ma.
Yeah pricey but beautiful knives to own. My Puma will have to suffice for my best and fanciest one I own. At least it is 66 made and means a lot to me.

I bet the OP would like a Buxton Fighter. It would fit right in with his excellent collection.

I have 14 Randalls all bought new at his shop.
The first one was a #5 with stag for $165.
None cost over $300.
Most where bought in the 70s and early 80s
I use the 2 Alaskan skinners each fall.

I was at his shop once in the 70's. Seems like it was in the middle of an orange Grove. Didn't have the money to buy one though. It would be nice to see pictures of your Randalls

Hi,

Sorry for that, Greg--I'm still learning to navigate the reply procedure.

But if you're willing to forgive, I could always do with some new parents who have a nice old Toyota they'd like to pass down! ;)
