Went to the gun store to look for a new Single Six, was wanting the black with black grips to match my 5oth Anniversary .44 and .357 BH's. I found two stainless Single Six's one with a 6 1/2" brl and one with a 5 1/2' brl. I wasnt too interested untill I saw that they were the Anniversary models, at this point I new I had to have one. I looked them over and decided on the 5 1/2 brl one, so now it is on lay-away. I cannot wait to get it out, going to order a Belt mountain base pin and a Wolf spring kit.
What size grip do these have? It felt like my two mentioned above but I think the wood was thicker, may have to get thinner grips so it will feel like my other two.
The reason I wanted one is to shoot cheeper and get the feel of these single actions, I think shooting the .22 will help with my .44 and .357.

AFAIK, the SS revolvers had the same grip frame as the NM Blackhawk, and the 50th Ann. 357 and 44 mags had the smaller grip frame.
