I've been riding for a long time and there's no way I can do that. A few days ago I watched a woman who might have been 120# ace a maze course like that on a big Harley. It takes a lot of practice!

Not bad for Chris Crafts with wheels.
I was pretty good at slow speed courses. That was when I was NOT in my mid-60’s! 
These guys are at a whole different level.
The courses have change in recent years since so many departments ride things like BMW.

I occasionally rode those courses with my Road King and my Goldwing (I sucked). Although top-heavy, the Goldwing was much better at those "slow-is-best" courses.
Anyone who wants to learn how it's done might be interested in this motor cop's YouTube videos. They're very good!

Damn, what tires are they running? I slid long before that on roads not nearly as drenched.
IL has ( or had? ) a day long Advanced Motorcycle Safety Course I once took.
I was about 40 when I took that course on my 2003 Road Glide. Was quite proud of myself that I never hit one cone.
But holy cow was I ever sore the next day!

Wow! This season marks my 50th year of being a licensed motorcycle rider and I wish I could ride like that. Amazing skills.

I'm easily that good. Well at least on my small bike! My 250 Kawasaki Super Sherpa would tear that course up!
They are very good.
Years ago I took the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's riding course. We were given 175cc bikes for the course. Part of the requirement to pass was navigating a cone course. The instructor knew some of the students were uneasy about it. To either put us at ease or humiliate us, he added a cone between each pair of cones effectively halving the distance between cones. Then his wife arrived on a giant Gold Wing and easily navigated the cones. He removed the extra cones he placed in the course. She explained how to do it and coached those who needed it, we all passed
I have no idea if the MSF course is still in existence, but I do know that the one I took was exceptional and I recommended to others. Here in N.C., passing the course exempted the rider from having to take the riding portion of the Motorcycle Drivers License test.

I’ve been riding for 40 years and was an MSF Instructor for 10. I took the “Ride like a pro” one day class but I admit I could not master the very tight u-turn on my then 750 lb cruiser. I still think I am a pretty skilled rider for everything other than tight u-turns.
Vito, we have similar experience levels…bet you could get it in time…head, eyes, friction zone. But, having said that….took ride like a pro 3 times…on my 85 FXSB no problem, on my BMW K1200 dropped it twice, on Wife’s Kawa ZRX, did ok but never great. I stand in awe of those guys who do it well and sometimes with passenger. Hats off to those willing to learn.
