More DO culinary delights

Decided to make up a stew today. fired up the charcol and got to cooking. you can see the stand I threw together to cook on. It is an old fish tank stand with a piece of diamond plate steel on the top. I use a galvanized trash can lid inverted to get the charcol started and glowing hot.
